"First trip using the PowerPro Hollow Ace backing and I can only recommend it to anyone needing an upgrade to their older dacron. Fished three days for bonefish, landing over 30 fish and the Hollow Ace is exceptional. The loop splice is great through the guides and all the talk about problems with slicing of fingers is nonexistent. This backing does not absorb water, so no issues drying out your reel. I definitely will not go back to dacron. Absolutely worth the price."
