And while those products are great, our customers kept asking us for a rod that could do it all. One that would work for both tropical saltwater trips and on their home waters, but we couldn't find a single rod on the market that could do both... until we cast the Atlas.
GrapheneNano-Resin - At the core of any rod is the blank. It has to be light. It has to be strong. But most importantly, it's got to be accurate. In order to make the BEST fly rod, we had to start with the best materials - and, today, that's graphene. Graphene is 200 times stronger than steel yet lighter than graphite.
But a great blank isn't just great materials. We spent over two years refining the design of one single line weight in order to bring you the most accurate and versatile blank ever.

"Used my new Atlas 10-weight last week in Belize at El Pescador. The rod casts like a dream and put the fly down gently in front of a school of permit: one took and the fight was on! Landed and released. Can’t say enough about this rod. It threw big crab patterns into the wind all day long with ease, and my arm was still happy at the end of the day.
