Description

The Atlas 10wt is the perfect tool for a multitude of fishing scenarios from Permit and Tarpon to Striped Bass and Pike. We've spent the past decade casting, fishing, reviewing, and selling high-end fly rods from virtually every manufacturer out there. And while those products are great, our customers kept asking us for a rod that could do it all. One that would work for both tropical saltwater trips and on their home waters, but we couldn't find a single rod on the market that could do both... until we cast the Atlas.

Blank

GrapheneNano-Resin - At the core of any rod is the blank. It has to be light. It has to be strong. But most importantly, it's got to be accurate. In order to make the BEST fly rod, we had to start with the best materials - and, today, that's graphene. Graphene is 200 times stronger than steel yet lighter than graphite.

But a great blank isn't just great materials. We spent over two years refining the design of one single line weight in order to bring you the most accurate and versatile blank ever.

Swing Weight - 80.2 gm^2

Guides

REC Cerecoil Stripping Guides- The best rod starts with the best components. Cerecoil Guides are super lightweight and built with titanium to stand up to the elements.

REC Recoil Snake guides- Like the stripping guides, at Atlas, only the best will do. We chose recoil guides for their exceptional durability and lightweight.

Reel Seat

Customasymmetricalanodized aluminumdouble up-locking reel seat- to secure your reel, we chose an industry-standard double up-locking reel seat, then made it better. We oversized the rings and made the reel seat asymmetrical so you're never fumbling around to attach your reel.

Rod Tube

Powder-coated aluminum rod tube- We wanted to make sure your investment is protected, and the aluminum rod tube does just that. It also comes with a matching rod bag.

Awesome!

"Used my new Atlas 10-weight last week in Belize at El Pescador. The rod casts like a dream and put the fly down gently in front of a school of permit: one took and the fight was on! Landed and released. Can’t say enough about this rod. It threw big crab patterns into the wind all day long with ease, and my arm was still happy at the end of the day. Make sure to pair it with the line that Ben recommends. He was spot on with the line! A GREAT permit flats outfit!!!!"

Great Rod at a Reasonable Price

"I’ve only had the chance to cast it on grass, but this rod is just what I was looking for. Beautifully made with top of the line components. I plan to use it for stripers in the rips, salmon in AK and permit when the wind is up."
